The Dallas Mavericks have come to terms on a deal with PG Devin Harris. The deal is said to be for three years and worth roughly 9 million dollars.
Devin Harris actually began with his career with the Mavericks when they drafted him fifth overall in the 2004 NBA Draft. He was a part of the team that reached the NBA Finals in 2005-2006. He was than traded to the then New Jersey Nets for legen Jason Kidd, who would become a key part of the team that defeated the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals.
Harris has career averages of 12.8 points, 4.9 assists and 1.2 steals per game on 44-percent shooting, while last season for the Atlanta Hawks where he posted averaged 9.9 points and 3.4 assists last season for Atlanta.
He will most likely serve as the back-up to Jose Calderon, as the Mavs look to bolster their roster with supporting players to help star Dirk Nowitzki.
