With the 2013 NBA draft in the books, why not take a look at next year’s draft?  This year was said to be a disappointing class as a whole, but all signs point to next year being a draft class for the ages.  Filled with players fresh out of high school, any team selecting in the top 10 next year has a chance to draft an instant impact player.  Here is my tentative top 5 overall and top 5 at each position.
